Find out how to find land and grow food in the city through Urban Agriculture Incentive Zones.

STEP 1: FIND VACANT LAND AND connect with a WILLING LAND OWNER

To find vacant lots in the San Diego County eligible for Urban Agriculture Incentive Zones, we recommend the following approaches:

1. Search for privately-owned vacant lots using the map below  (Created by UCSD Supercomputer Center)
After opening the map, click on the vacant lot (colored in blue or purple) to find out more information regarding the land and ownership.

2. Submit info for the "Growers Looking for Land" directory  (Information will be accessible through land owner page)
